Was looking at the manual screw driver for abutments and had a question – what torque needed to screw the healing cap? I`m hesitating between using a manual screwdriver or torque wrench with key. Thank you!

For healing caps Torque is 15 Ncm. Manual screw driwer it`s usually enought. For fixing abutments or final prosthetic screw we recommend to use torque ratchet wrench with key.

I noticed in the product description that this screw driver is compatible with multiple abutment types. I’m curious – does it also work with Nobel Biocare abutments? I have a mix of implant systems so want to make sure this driver will work with all of them before purchasing. Looking forward to your reply, thanks!

This screwdriver with Hex1.25mm so it will work with abutments and screws 1.25-1.27mm screwdriwer type what is suitible for most manufactures. To know for sure, it`s needed to look at the specification of abutments and screw of a particular brand

hi, I was going through the product page and had some concerns about the durability of this manual screw driver over time. Can you let me know what type of steel is used to make this and how long it is expected to last with regular use? I want to make sure it has a decent lifespan. Appreciate your help!

It made from ss420. The corresponding tensile strength and Rockwell hardness are 1550-1930 MPa (225-280 ksi) and 48-56 HRC. So it has a decent lifespan
