Castable sleeve – is the product with cylindrical shape. The technician will place it over the chosen abutment and adjust it to be the base of the future restoration (e.g. when the layers of ceramic will be applied over). The plastic will be, in process of moulding, replaced with metal alloy.

First, the multi-unit abutment is placed, which will form the basis for future restoration. A healing cap is placed on this abutment to form a soft tissue well around it in which the base of the dental restoration will be placed. The permanent abutment will not be removed, which means the gingiva will not be injured and the integrity of the gingival cuff will not be compromised. This reduces bone resorption around the implant.
