1. In an immediate loading protocol with CAD/CAM surgical template creation an intraoral scan is desirable and CT is mandatory. If the doctor does not have an intraoral scanner, the doctor makes an impression and the laboratory creates a template in CAD/CAM based on the physical impression + CT files.
2. If the implants have already been placed, both classical and digital impressions are possible. Uniqa recommends doing both procedures with an intraoral scan for more accurate results.

It is essentially an implant-supported screw-retained restoration.  Doctors often use these names to refer not only to the patented immediate loading protocol but also to any other type of construction supported by 4 or 6 implants. 

Full-Arch is a more global term: restoration of the full arch. This includes removable dentures and implant-supported restorations.

For implant-supported Full-Arch restorations, fixed, removable (bar-supported), and conditionally removable dentures can be done. Each method has its variations of attachment types. Combined attachment options are also available. Example: screw-retained bar on multi-units and a removable denture with locks on top. 

The most reliable method is to use hybrid designs of conditionally removable dentures with screw retention on multi-unit abutments.

Recommended for this type of restoration is screw retention of the denture, which can be accomplished in several ways:

• Metal-framed, metal-reinforced denture supported on multi-unit abutments
• One-piece Zirconia denture supported on multi-unit abutments
• Bar-supported denture. In this case, the bar is conditionally removable, and secured on implants or abutments. Various combinations of materials and linings are possible
• Bar fixed, screw-retained denture on a bar

The simplest and the most reliable option is a reinforced denture fixed on multi-unit abutments. Whatever option you choose, you still get the main advantage of screw fixation – it is conditionally removable. At the dentist’s, the denture can be removed for cleaning or repair if chipping occurs. Putting it back in is just as easy.

There are two types of angled MUA 17° and 30° in the range. In the first case, a deviation of up to 74° can be compensated, and in the second case up to 100°.

There are several ways to solve this problem.

If sufficient torque can be achieved on at least 2 implants in the anterior section of the jaw, a temporary denture with support on 2 implants can be made. In those implants where the torque was insufficient (the minimum permissible torque for immediate loading is 22-25 N*cm provided that not more than half of the implants holding the denture have this value), install covers and suture the soft tissues for about 4 months. During this period, osseointegration will take place and after the formation of the gingival pocket, a new denture can be made with the support of 4 or 6 implants. 

If the clinical picture is such that it is risky to make a denture supported by at least 2 implants, we follow a delayed denture protocol. We close all implants with covers, and make the patient a removable denture with gingival fixation for the period of osseointegration. After sufficient time for full integration of the implants, we form a gingival pocket and place a removable denture with support on the implants.

Full digital CAD/CAM fabrication of a permanent denture often involves a milled full-zirconia denture without reinforcement or reinforced with a milled framework. The same variations are possible for a temporary denture made of pmma. For CAM, a polymethacrylate or zirconia disk is required. For hybrid dentures,titanium or other alloys are also used. The CAD process requires intraoral scans, digital libraries, and suprastructure components.
