We started by extracting all the teeth, and then we placed eight implants and four bridges from second molar to second molar. We placed multi-units right after the implantation and then took some impressions so we could make a new provisional bridge. Once the provisional bridge is placed in the mouth, we sent the patient home for 3-4 months, after which she came back for us to change the lower bridge. What happened next watch in this video.
