Today we have a dantistry case where we already have a bridge on dental implants and we have a problem with the proximal tooth, on this tooth. We can see that we have some inflammation. We have a periapical lesion. Probably there are some caries that we don’t see on these x-rays. So, we need to extract the tooth. And now the question is how we want to restore the tooth. On one hand, we can place and add another implant and we can make a crown on a single implant, or we can maybe add a cantilever to this bridge, or we can place another implant and make a bridge on four implants, four-unit bridge on four implants. So, probably the four-unit bridge on four implants is a little bit too much for this bridge.
