The case offered a problem since the doctor didn’t know what type of scan abutment to use. If he were to use an angulated type of Multi-unit, he would have a buccal bulge which would leave food residues, plaque, and inflammation around the area If he were to use the straight type, a problem can arise due to the extreme angle of the Multi-unit.
