Are two implants at positions 20 and 18 and a bridge between them enough, or is it better to place another implant at position 19? This is the busiest area. The patient is 57 years old

If the alveolar ridge is good with a width of at least 8 mm, then two can be placed. If 7 mm, then it is better to do it on three implants. But not three separate crowns, but a widened bridge. I did a similar restoration on implants with a diameter of 4.2 mm from Uniqa Dental, three years have passed, recently the patient came for an examination with a slight inflammation of the gums. But the prosthesis itself is stable; the implants hold well; the resorption around the neck of the implants is about 1.5 mm.

Depends on size of implants. Can you get a 4.0/4.5 into the PM and a 4.5/5 into the M? Also, what length of implant are you able to get? Lot of force in that area!
