For multi-unit full-arch cases, what is the minimum number of UH8 implants that is needed? I want to know the limitations when treatment planning full-arch restorations.

A minimum number of four appropriately distributed implants are recommended to support a one-piece full-arch fixed prosthesis.

Do you have any narrow diameter UH8 implants or are all 4.2mm? I have a patient with limited bone width so a 3.5mm option would work better.

I was wondering if the UH8 implants would be suitable for immediate load protocols in the anterior region? I have a patient needing an extraction and implant placement in the same visit.
